Way too many layers of management. Micro managed from Senior Leaders No time to service the customer because management is asking for reports all day. Management constantly uses tracking via excel spreadsheets as they are not tech savvy. Nepotism obvious due to ACE incorporating the Chubb name. Living the Brand motto...purposeful slap in the face if you came from any other Brand......

The work as an Underwriter is good as Chubb's brand holds a lot of weight.

Cons

The people are for the most part nice, but the entire company is littered with young, loud-mouthed frat boys from University of Guelph or Wilfrid Laurier. EXTREMELY little cultural diversity on the floor. I can count on one hand the number of non-caucasian people.
