NOT Winning The Right Way

Business Outlook

Pros

Equitable work/life balance. Some good people.

Cons

Heavily siloed, ridiculous processes, completely dysfunctional - this place makes the federal government look efficient. Despite the brand's reputation, it's a surprisingly un-American and anti-American company. The company is made up of a ton of cheap foreign labor, and is constantly offshoring American jobs. Additionally, the company uses a ton of temp/contract workers and H-1B visas. This company uses and throws away more people, faster than you would believe. The company's motto is "win the right way", which couldn't be further from the truth. This is an unethical, faceless, anti-American, globalist corporation, that only cares about the bottom line. If you are seeking employment, look elsewhere.

Business Outlook

Pros

Strong brand with global recognition, Talented and dedicated coworkers, Competitive compensation and benefits, Opportunities to work on large-scale, impactful projects, Long-standing legacy of innovation and product quality

Cons

Culture has declined rapidly under new CEO, Leadership says one thing publicly and does another internally, Decisions are made without transparency or input from those impacted, Increased focus on control and optics rather than trust and results, Morale is low, Psychological safety has taken a major hit,Long-tenured employees feel undervalued or pushed out,Shift away from flexibility, with pressure to return to in-office regardless of business need

By far the best company I have worked for.

Pros

Each experience will be different, but this is the best place I have worked for. My boss encourages a work life balance and is more than happy to remain flexible for when the kids get sick or something else comes up. Even working remotely is an option.

Cons

The market is cyclical and as a result there can be and sometimes will be layoffs. This of course isn't desirable, but it isn't personal.
