Pros

Some of the best and smartest people I've worked with in terms of sheer analytic skills and ability. The West Creek complex has lots to make the working area fresh and enjoyable - albeit a bit short of space.

Cons

Make no mistake - the place is politics to the nth degree, and not in a favorable way. If you're looking for candor and transparency in leadership this in not the place to look. I'm not saying that all are vile, but I would say that there is an 'old guard' in mid-upper management that has lost its way. And the self-interest of these folks severely limits the ability of the company to be the best. People are pawns, and contractors... well they're something less, but at least provide cover.

Pros

Good location, beautiful campus, decent pay.

Cons

Too many hoops to jump through to get anything done. Thinking outside of the box is allowed ONLY if you follow their rules (basically, you have no room to think outside of the box).
