Pros

Great benefits. Good salary. Good facilities and getting better. Smart, sociable co-workers.

Cons

In such a large company, things take forever to get done. Often it felt like my work wasn't having any impact or even getting to the customers; it seemed like it was getting entangled in bureaucracy. When I had an idea, often the response would be "Good luck getting that through legal/brand/etc"

Pros

Good pay (not great) Great work/life balance Great technology Great flexibility (work from home option)

Cons

I have noticed that most of the leadership started as colleg hires or are from India (brought over by friends) and have only worked at COF. This makes it very difficult for them to understand how things are done outside of Capital One in the U.S. I believe this is a definitive weakness, as diversity is not only ethnicity, but based on work experiences as well...

Pros

None at this time, cant think of anything that is wrong. The job is fun, people are great and there is opportunity for growth

Cons

No downsides. Some people can work from home and others are not able to. . It all depends on the type of work you are doing.
