Pros

FTSE 100 company, very successful in their field with sustained growth, wide range of operational areas, informal, feels like a family business

Cons

Annual leave entitlement, pension provision, divide between levels within the organisation, very unstructured approach in most areas, training and development almost none existant, performance management patchy at best.

Pros

Good salary if you're an international employee. One of the biggest companies in outsourcing though that doesn't mean it's the best place to work at.

Cons

Management has no respect for the employees which they treat as invisible. Management does not listen and does not give credit for good work. There is too much business politics going around. No one admits to doing wrong even though it's obvious. Interesting to see the difference between the corporate culture in the UK and Sweden. Management did not consider these difference at all. The employees were expected to work on UK holidays because they were Swedes but also on Swedish holidays because they were working in the UK.

Pros

Relatively good salary and benefits in London. Capita is well known around the country. Has a good potential if the company is to turn around. Has financial backing of the parent company at any time.

Cons

Sometimes incompetent management and some employees. Too much hierarchy. Falling behind the industry. Lack of accountability for actions or job done. Not always thinking as a customer service provider should think. Management is too easy with employees sometimes and therefore quality does not improve. Poor pricing structure of services provided. Sometimes it feels as numbers were just guessed.
