      1. Review process to be streamlined more to ensure proper evaluation based on sheer performance. 2.       Very much flexible. Job stability is there like other European companies. You will get opportunities to work in projects in latest technologies. Good for architects who wants to explore pre-sales and solution's . You will get decent onsite opportunities if you work as solution architect.

      Cons

      Delivery capability is not good. Very average developers. Yearly increment is very less.

      Pros

      the company has been investing a lot in people and development and well being and this is a trend looking to continue with the recent Pulse site feedback. Friendly, dynamic culture despite the company growing size.

      Cons

      not necessarily a place that suits all circumstances given our clients do not always allow the flexibility Capgemini wants to give it’s employees. Go for an interview or reach out to real people on linkedIn and figure out for yourself

      Thank you for posting a review and thank you for calling out our friendly and dynamic culture. You're right that our clients can influence things like time spent on site vs time spent remote working, and we try and be open and honest about this with anyone considering coming and working for us. Not all our roles involve travel, but some do, and we recognise that's not a lifestyle that suits everyone.
