      big fluctuation in work-life balance; you've to come in shift even if you are a developer.

      diversified environment; will add values to your CV; lot of clients to work for; different area of IT tech to work and learn to.

      Cons

      very difficult to go with your own pace if got in team with bad lead/managers; not much value to real talent and best employee; if you're on bench, it's hard to get seat and desk to sit at.
