Pros
Flexible work hours and ability to work remotely as needed. Our team has a very positive "can do" attitude that makes coming into work fun and gives a good feeling of accomplishment. Most folks that you work with are smart and the work is challenging. But this gives you an environment to lean and grow.
Cons
Could have been better intra-team communication. Not bad but could be better.
