      Pros

      Close to home, nice working environment and mostly friendly co-workers. Calamp brought very nice perks (when they took over) that we NEVER got before and it makes me feel like I am appreciated.

      Cons

      Changes in the healthcare were higher than our other one, too many steps to use/access money from the 401K (emergencies) and they charge you $50 for the transaction (rip off). That process in NOT user friendly. No career opportunities at this location either you are a dispatcher or quit. Nothing to advance to hear in Georgia.
