      Pros

      Strong competitor, decent compensation, stock price has done well.

      Cons

      Does not value product quality. Cost reduction is king. Sending jobs to China is a very high priority. Management is not employee friendly. Acquisitions have been horrible.

      Pros

      Company stock is doing well.

      Cons

      No culture. Employees walk around with their heads down. No team building. Lots of turnover. Must hit the ground running or you will be terminated after 2-3 months. No training. Every employee is tasked the work of 2 people. Pay is on the low scale of the industry standard.
