Pros

Great group of employees. Everyone is hardworking and committed to their job

Cons

Like many public companies, it is profit driven. Continues to ship more and more of the work overseas to increase margins. Little effort is put into growing the people.

Pros

Great products. Stocks did great recently. But as an employee you get ZERO stock benefits.

Cons

Make you work for 3-4 persons. Extremenly STINGY management. Almost all of them are WWII relics. The only work place which don't even offer water to employees. You MUST pay for even water. Extremely thanksless place to work. I remember developing an entire team from groundsup for NOTHING. No increment, no promotion and not even acknowledgement of those many many extra hours that I put. I was assigned 8 separate projects at the same time when i resigned. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this terrible company.

Negative & Demoralizing Enviornment

Pros

OK work hours in some departments

Cons

Women are not respected at senior levels and are treated as second class citizens. Male managers are possessive, condescending and dismissive. Outdated office culture which is similar to the 60's era (Mad Men). Unprofessional, reactionary, paranoid and outdated senior management. They're very resistant to improvements or keeping up with the times for the benefit of the company. Their motto is "We're not changing. You take your ideas somewhere else, if you don't like it here." Senior managers are untouchable and suffer absolutely no consequences. Subordinates are blamed and subsequently fired for the managements' wrong decisions.
