      Pros

      Great Pay, Great Benefits! The people that work here are very professional and are a joy to work with!

      Cons

      Not everyone can get an office. Sometimes the workload is heavy and it would be nice to be able to close the door to an office and not be disturbed for a little bit to get some work done more efficiently.

      Pros

      CalAmp is a quality organization where employees get treated like professionals. Zero micro-managing in my department. Killer benefits. Unlimited PTO. Tuition Reimbursement. The domain is super cool too. Internet of Things! Connected Cars! It is meaningful work in a growing tech sector.

      Cons

      There is a great culture in the Orange County HQ but the company has grown through several acquisitions. Sometimes that upbeat, vibrant culture in Irvine is not present in the other offices.
