      A Growing Company That Moves at a Fast Pace!

      Pros

      The work is constantly changing because of the rapid expansion through acquisition and the realignment of the company out of direct broadcast satellite and into telematics. For me, this is a plus because I get bored with monotonous work. Employee benefits are improving dramatically with new HR management and exposure to other company cultures through acquisition.

      Cons

      Some aging business processes drastically need modernization and automation. Staff are unable to concentrate on a modernization effort because of their existing workload. Morale and culture are improving, but still have a way to come to match some of today's more progressive work environments.
