      Pros

      Company has grown and evolved from being a fast follower to a leader in their markets. Has been strong in the Internet of Things (IoT) before the space was called IoT. Never a dull moment at CalAmp.

      Cons

      You'll be working hard to build on CalAmp's leadership position. Many of the jobs are in Southern California so you'll need to like nice weather.

      SaaS side of the business was not well funded/managed resulting in substandard products in the market.
