      The work environment is good, people that work here are really nice. I like the work culture here and there is plenty of opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Training provided is not enough, managers must supervise employees better.

      CalAmp is an IoT company with exciting growth potential. It offers flexible working schedule to achieve good work life balance. The working environment is pleasant and friendly. Great benefit including flexible and unlimited PTO. The regular Friday's donuts is a nice treat.

      Cons

      The reimbursement system should be upgraded to avoid mailing physical copies of receipts.
