1. Can make some good contacts in IIOT industry as their Hardware is in the center of all major solutions in the market. 2. people in engineering are good to work with. 3. good coffee and pantry is always stocked
Cons
1. Average employee works here 3 years or less. 2. Low skilled employees are prefered and paid less. 3. Pay and Benefits subpar to industry, stock values keeps going down. People leave often for better opportunities causing skill gap. HR is aware of this and does not care. 4. regular layoffs in divisions that contribute to major portion of revenue. Low morale. 5. Incompetent employees prop-up failed and outdated technologies keep blaming each other for failure. 6. Management expects people to work 24/7 - 365 and take on 3 people work.
