Pros

The company is fill with many determined and hard working individuals. The company treats employees very well allowing you to come in late or leave early if conflicts come up. The benefits that CNH Industrial provides has to be one of the best I've seen.

Cons

The politics at the company can make it hard to do your job at times. Some departments aren't viewed as highly as others. These departments are a lean and mean group of individuals. Some of the departments, especially the Marketing Communications departments don't have much room for advancement.
