The chance to dive into the details of your product through visual inspection and many data sources was the best part.

Cons

Data mining is not fully achieved, nor is the data being fully recorded correctly. Although, better workflow systems are coming, they are still not here.

Stable job. Great co-workers. Good work experience no matter what position you hold.

Cons

Need to be a part of the good old boy club to move up. Management heading in two many directions at once instead of focusing on one thing that can make difference and becoming proficient at it.
