There are few positives, benefits are fine

Cons

No replacement for anyone who leaves or retire. Way understaffed. They don't spend money on employee improvement or training. No salary increase for the last 10 years. Bonus decision is in the hand of some elite people; at the end, the really working people may end up with just crumbs. No motivation by any means or employee appreciation.

Stale old-fashioned manufacturer. Stifles innovation. Rewards those that hang around longest and keep their mouths shut.

- work/life balance - travel opportunities - international exposure - culture of mediocrity makes it easy to achieve good outcomes

Cons

- death by PowerPoint - death by conference call - don't EVER ask for a payraise you won't get one, unless you're changing roles - lack of communication between different departments/functions/brands - no direct correlation between performance and bonus system due to arbitrary "company performance multiplier" - Italians parachuted into great roles all around the world at the expense of local talent - senior management focused only on short-term results

Benefits are good, but getting worse with each year that they renew. Holidays off with pay Room for advancement if you know the right people and are willing to relocate

Cons

"boys club" mentality - hard to get ahead if female, or not friends with the right people They don't give raises! PLM system makes it seem like it's possible to obtain a raise, but it is not in reality.
