Pros

Great place to learn how not to run a business.

Cons

Top engineers and managers keep quitting. Termination in overdrive.CNH RMO has cultural and structural flaws. You need to manage and cultivate your culture if you’re going to build great products — and you can do this by treating employees with respect. Fiat's upper management needs to learn more about what’s going on at this facility and what’s bothering their employees. You have rampant discontent and discord within the hourly and salary personnel. This starts at the top. No camaraderie or teamwork exists. Don’t treat your employees as burdens. Cultural... This plants leadership doesn't set a good example when it comes to CNH business's core values. This plants morale is at rock bottom. Positive employee morale is usually exhibited by confidence, discipline and willingness to perform. High morale in the work place is essential to success and is mostly influenced from the top down rather than from the bottom up. Managers that create low morale in employees do so from a top-down command and control mode, which implies that employees’ do the listening and managers need not reciprocate. There is a gap at this plant in addressing the real problems, thus further exacerbate them. Employee distrust, disrespect towards management and reductions of morale and workforce motivation will be this plants downfall. Check the facts Fiat. A costly indicator of low morale is high turnover; when employees leave because they are not happy with their jobs and have few external reasons to stay. The proof is in the pudding. I need not go into details on why their leaving in droves. Structural... A company with a strong organizational structure benefits from improved communication, a well-defined hierarchy and the ability to create a unified company message. This plant has no efficient organizational structure. Internal conflict is the daily word. In order to maintain a strong company framework, you need to be able to identify the problems within an organizational structure and deal with them as they occur, without the "us versus them" mentality. I am truly disgusted.

Pros

401k match. That is it. Take that away, and job searching employees will increase from most to all.

Cons

Archaic in every way possible. Systems are like trying to work with a stone tablet and chisel. Training is non-existent. No resources. Ridiculous "meritocracy" system that is excuse for never giving raises. Recently changed staff structure in NA to try to appear as though there is a career path and "transparency," but it's all built on lies about the pay ranges. People are being let go and others are leaving in droves.

Pros

I could hardly find any pros for this company to be honest after working for more than 4 years. Management doesn't want to improve and a worst place to work for a youngster and worst Human Resource department and people I have ever come across in my career.

Cons

I joined this company with great motivation after getting master of science and MBA degrees, but even after receiving highest ratings in last 3 years, management is giving all sort of illogical reasons of avoiding promotion. If you're a youngster and ready to work hard to achieve great career goals in your life, CNH Industrial is not a place for you, you should not even dream to apply for jobs here, forget about dreaming to work here. You would not want to be a part of this pathetic organization. If you think that I am being offensive, you should check the other company's ratings (CAT, John Deere, Agco) on Glassdoor. There is no annual raise here, no matter how hard you work. The most funny part is you will get 5% raise after promotion, which you will easily get at any other company every year after an average performance without a promotion.
