Pros

The working hours are fairly flexible. The perks of the job including fully funded pension, product and service deals, and employee banking rates.

Cons

The system are old and dysfunctional. There is little career progression. There is a disconnect between upper management goals, and market execution support.

Good Pay. Work Life Balance is acceptable. Exposure to high level executives and decision making processes which govern & dictate the bank's decisions

Cons

Large Corporate structure ensures slow growth. Heavy load at times characteristic of larger institutions with lots of politics.

They provide good benefits and so you will not have to worry about medical and dental

Cons

Too many. 2 faced at every stage; you are just a revenue generator; many years of service doesn't matter; everything is micro -managed.
