Pros

Good Benefits, No Account Fees/month for employees, 50% off on most of the services, lower mortgage rates, good investment offers for investing in shares. Best department to work is Finance Technology amazing people and lots to learn.

Cons

People are good in few of the departments. Retail and Business banking testing team is welcoming but, w'll talk at your back and few team mates will try to pull you down. Not a professional environment.

Hard to advance

Pros

Great pay, benefits, hours (after you gain seniority). Great work environment in terms of coworkers

Cons

Difficult to advance-management will often hold you back in favour of those they like more. Many internal job postings will state that there is already a preferred candidate that they have in mind for the role but you are still free to apply if you like (aka we already know who we are going to hire so you are better off not applying at al)
