Pros

Victor Dodig's vision is promising. I hope it takes root. He is the one positive element of the senior leadership team.

Cons

Feel like a chicken in my tiny cubicle, just driven to lay eggs and be disposed off during the next round of layoffs, when I am replaced by a younger chicken. Seriously, within the Capital Markets Technology area management looks at staff as disposable. You get your pizza on employee appreciation day and that is about it. There is no appreciation, just the threat of dismissal if you do not work harder. When you are burned out, you are replaced. This commentary is not representative of the entire organization. There are great departments to work for. Stay away from CMT while Richard Jardim and his crew run the show.

Pros

It's an international company. There are various jobs available for you to move within the org. There are many branches within the country.

Cons

See review title which sums it up. Felt like I was part of a cattle call hiring, did textbook-style training then abandoned to reach high sales goals.
