Pros

Inspired CEO has presented a compelling vision for the future of the organization Solid corporate citizenship with generous support for volunteerism & worthy causes Strong relationships with colleagues that turn into lasting friendships

Cons

The organization has taken several bad decisions at very senior levels over the last 15 years that have resulted in a risk-averse, CYA culture - they have a long way to go to transform the culture and the organization - the actions of many senior executives do not appear to support the required changes to achieve the CEO's vision While trust among team members is high, trust in colleagues outside team lags significantly contributing to unhealthy power struggles / turf battles and makes collaboration very challenging There is a big gap between the expressed commitment to support career progression and the reality / scarcity of internal promotions and transfers Compensation is at the lower end relative to the other domestic banks Very little support for conference participation

Pros

At least they give me a job.

Cons

-Low pay high pressure. (80% of customers I served, income are higher than mine. that make me feel sad) -Only care about numbers. Feel like I'm just a number. -Work in an office but feel like I'm a telemarketing representative. -Do not support continuing education. Beside mutual fund license, anything else are declined with reason that I do not need that for my job. (Including CSC, PFP & CFP) -No one care if you work 1 hours unpaid overtime every other day to help customer, but you are not allow to come late to work for 1 minutes. (of course if I don't care about customer, I can leave on time when the door closed) -High turnaround, 95% of the colleagues I originally start working with are all gone. YES, 95%!!
