Pros

-guaranted base of 55k for the first 6months -unlimited income potential -make your own schedule, very flexible -get a laptop and can work from home sometimes -annual cash bonus -annual stock bonus -you get 2branches to work with

Cons

-100% commission -limited number of ways of making commission -only generate commission on new money client brings to the bank. You don't make anything for converting existing funds to an investment product -commission is only paid on new money which is anything deposited within 6months -clawbacks if client withdraws within 6months of investing -The annual stock bonus is only available for withdrawal after 3years(1/3 each year). -the amount of commission you make highly depends on your location as well as the involvement of the fsrs at your branches.
