Pros

Upward mobility. Will pay for training if desired. Client focused. Never pressured to do something that's not in the clients best interest like in other sales jobs.

Cons

The people who design the systems have often never been in a position to use them. So they are constantly unintuitive and often downright non-functional. And seem to change whenever you get a handle on their particular problems

Pros

Easy to find a job here because it's a revolving door . Get a job here while you look for a better opportunity .

Cons

Trading room is a revolving door. Eventually they fire everyone but senior management . Always has an excuse not to pay bonuses. Not a good place to work.
