Pros

The benefits aren't bad but they are pretty standard in the industry. Look elsewhere. Pension is pathetic and you'd be lucky to get $14,000 annually after 40 years of service for this company. I guess this should have been under cons.

Cons

Sadistic management, low pay, excessive micromanagement, and unrealistic targets. If you like a miserable work environment then this is the job for you. A place where the workplace is continually shortstaffed - owing to the fact that no one wants to work there and there's high turnover - yet you are still responsible for their sales targets, then this is the job for you.

Pros

Benefits get better over time

Cons

Bad salary - LOT of pressure- no compassion or empathy by senior management - horribly negative work culture - executives do not care about your well being and are focussed a 100% on target no matter what they say. POCs, minotorites lgbt and women are mostly to ramp up “diversity” numbers - at the top senior and executive levels you’ll only find people of a specific gender and race
