      Pros

      good base pay and incentive pay; flexible work environment; down to earth people; not demanding so good for family life

      Cons

      lack of competent people; lack of strategic vision and ability to execute it; no real leadership but mostly reactive knee jerk reactions; projects get started and then are killed late in the cycle; lots of really terrible managers get promoted to higher positions

      Pros

      Work and life balance iis great, they care about the community they are doing business with. The demands are very high to perform great customer service.

      Cons

      Big Brother is always watching you. You are always being watched and evaluated with work performance. It is very important you get along with your manager as this will determine how far you will go within the company.

      Good Benefits (health and dental), Safe Employment as they can lost 10s of millions of dollars but they dont need to lay people off, Dont need to work all that hard to do your job. Excellent opportunities for WOrk Life Balance. Easy to look good as there are so many incompetent people.

      Cons

      Management changes often and thus direction gets changed often. There are a lot of incompetent people that can hide in this organization rather than be dealt with like in other organizations - this can be really demotivating for the good performers. They love to hire outside consultants who come in and check on their managers ability to make decisions
