Pros

Diversity, Pension, Top up parental leaves, stability, learning and plenty of time to finish tasks.

Cons

Pay SUCKS and way below market, incompetent team (depends on teams), make you pay for work trips and pay back with useless TTC tokens (I don't use TTC!!!).

Unpaid overtime an expectation, legacy systems, micro management style, net sales numbers, unrealistic targets, no work life balance

Opportunity to move around with abundance of internal postings

Cons

This position has constant sales pressure, so if sales is not your thing, then stay away. Pay does not match the amount of work. Organization culture, at least in my district, was unpleasant.
