Pros

Lots of training opportunities. Employees are encouraged to provide suggestions/recommendations. Time-off policies and benefits are somewhat comparable to other similar type organizations.

Cons

The Senior Management needs to come up with a well thought out strategy and proper execution plan to achieve long term objectives. Many important projects/product launch are executed on a rush and end up with flaws after implementation that could have been easily avoided. The expectation of the management is to get more work done with less resources. The compensation is not competitive compared to the market.
