Pros

Training Process was OK some benefits

Cons

The Hiring process was fast the training was good, but I got to meet one of the region executives for a quick visit and was very shocking!!! The way he express himself and the company’s way to make money to make his bonus, was beyond embarrassing and depressing I resigned a week after. There’s no such thing as “we’re here for the customers” “doing the right thing” that doesn’t exist in the companies book!! It’s all about LENDING!! And make more money for the Coe’s and executive’s bonus. The branch was a disaster, including the managers who have no manager skills or ways to talk or encourage the employees. It was all about the calls and scripts and Calls, and lending lending!! Not a very professional place to work and defiantly for a bank!!
