Pros

Legitimately none. It's the worst job and company I ever worked for.

Cons

Terrible culture. Have not adjusted to the times. They still think it's the early 2000's. Nobody wants to be there. It's very much get in and out early and nothing outside of work hours. They still wear slacks, button downs, and blazers every day. No jeans, no polos allowed. Do not express yourself. Fall in line and keep the status quo.

Cons

Some lazy arrogant people No one can explain anything and there is no onboarding Managers are inept and have no knowledge of the procedures in their department Too many redundant processes nothing gets accomplished, no one is held accountable, and no one cares No one in the US has heard of CIBC and could care less CIBC acts like they are they best bank in the world and they are not even the #1 bank in Canada Woefully inept senior leadership Poor benefits compared to other banks
