Pros

Good benefits and bonus at end of the year based on performance

Cons

Understaffed and overworked. Always adding new things to improve customer experience but not taking care of employees enough. Customers are still mad and employees are depressed. French queue employees have no option for voluntary time off where as english queue is offered every day.

Pros

Allyship amongst colleagues. Accessible extracurricular events and workshops ONLY if the manager approves and bandwidth on top of a heavy workload. With the right manager, a career can take off exponentially.

Cons

Parent company growing pains - uniting acquired entities and forming one unit Lack of management training and guidance Unclear protocol for career advancement It seems to be a favorite system for employee programs without a clear methodology. Technology is outdated - much patience is needed with IT. Depending on the region and hiring manager, pay is lucrative.

Pros

If you like to dissapear in the background and just be a robot - this is a great organisation.

Cons

-No training or support -Work lots of overtime, without Pay (you will be advised to this, verbally) -Numbers is all they look for, and if management doesn't like you (for whatever reason) - they wil find a way to get rid of you (very toxic environment) -DEI is something they like to talk about yet, I experienced racial discrimation after 15 years, while working with new management (they didn't want to pay severance and made my like a living hell and caused me mental health issues and finally I quit, on their advice). -The CEO likes representing diversity and equality, by taking lots of pictures with all genders/races (of employees),
