Pros

- Defined Benefit pension plan is next to none compared to the rest of the street. - Victor has had a great run as CEO, delivering shareholder value- I enjoyed his leadership style - Your direct management team makes or breaks your experience here: choose wisely - Large company with lots of room to move around - If you’re an entry level employee, there’s lots of upward mobility (but this does taper out as you get higher in the ranks)

Cons

- Senior leadership runs the show autocratically. It’s do or die their way. - HR is not on your side- do not be fooled. - Siloed operations- it’s advertised as ‘one team’ but everyone is out to cover themselves

Pros

Good benefits and pension plans

Cons

Stressful work environment, poor management, a lot of micromanaging, back to back calls and you get treated like a robot
