Pros

Well they hire anybody so you are most likely going to get hired.

Cons

Took me more than a year to have a monday to friday shift. They keep adding things to the job for the same salary. You will mainly deal with people yelling at you and errors made by the other employees. Also there is not really any growth in fraud. Hopefully you can apply after 1 year of work where the other departments already have people lined up for new roles so good luck.

Pros

Work from home and job is completely remote.

Cons

Calls don’t ever stop. It’s a call center role, but if you have this job, you need to leave otherwise you will be burnt out very quickly. Pressure to sell, with no financial incentive to sell.
