Gaining customer service experience.

Cons

Most CIBC branches don't have chairs for CSRs. You have to stand and work on your feet all day. I believe Cibc should have chairs for CSRs like all other banks.

can't learn too many new front-edge technologies due to concerns of stability/security of in-house developed applications
