      The people or some of the ones i work with, and benefits. otherwise there is none

      Cons

      PAY crap, raises are horrible I have been there for 5 years and always had amazing reviews and my largest raise was 300 a year? seriously, your starting people at what it took me 5 years to get! why didn't we get a raise when minimum wage was increased? Management sucks, they only care about sales results and have no respect for work life balance

      Pros

      Smart management team that has deep experience in digital marketing and technology. Only place I have worked in which management actively encourages employees to try out different jobs and work in different departments. Very smart people who are, naturally, competitive. But that competitiveness doesn't get in the way of what has become a close-knit family. Comes from classic tech/advertising start-up roots and still maintains much of that feel within its offices
