if you are af avoruite of the boss yr benifit, growth compensation all are good but if not you are doomed...

if you do not have a mentor/godfather dont. survival and upward career path can be tough better thn not workig

Good benefits, employee shares, free employee bank accounts

Cons

Staff at the branch level are treated poorly, improper training methodologies, some of the bank managers are themselves not aware of changing technology (i actually helped my own assistant branch manager set up online banking because she had no idea how to do it), poor pay, unrealistic targets, forced overtime
