      Worst Company Ever

      Pros

      The PTO is okay but you if you miss work, you will be so behind, you will never catch-up.

      Cons

      This job is so stressful you will will most likely develop health problems (Anxiety, ulcers, depression and high blood pressure). They expect you to work all night, they pay is terrible, and the stress level is astronomical. They micro-manage and you can never truly use your time-off because they will contact you all day and when you return, you will have a mountain of work and you will never catch-up. Don't ever ever work here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

      Met some good people I enjoyed working with

      Very low pay and didn’t consider its employees during high inflation change after treat us like worker ants and we helped the company peak profits in Billions range. High retention rate due to low pay, no growth/promotion, and bad management. Uses “entry level” title for jobs as an excuse to pay you very low even though the work you do isn’t entry level. Unhealthy work environment “good ol boys club”. If managers mess up it gets overlooked or blamed on lower level person. Wouldn’t recommend working longer than 6 months with the company.

      Only one is that at least had a job

      Cons

      The management was awful, pay was far below market rate, the workload was ridiculous and so much turnover it wasn't funny. When people leave you get their work, until you can't handle it and leave.
