      Some perks of Google: food, gym

      Cons

      Terrible management and culture inside CBRE. No care for employers, and the little care shown is because the client (Google) expects that from its vendors. Middle management is usually unqualified and disconnected from employees. No clean line of career development or company culture. Everything revolves around the Client, which happens to show great care for its employees, and the spark difference is clearly visible.

      Some of the people were very willing to help when they had the time.

      Cons

      Large amount of people on leave forcing many people to be overworked. This forced me to try and figure things out on my own that I had very little to no training on.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were comparable. No one seems to know what's going on so it's actually a pretty easy job.

      Cons

      Incompetent management who don't listen to your multiple requests for more training so you escalate your request and then get fired within days. No one had time for training so I was told to Google it (GOOGLE IT?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS) By far the worst company I've ever worked for
