      Pros

      Large company, good benefits, talks about goods things for employees but depending on your boss will determine if they deliver

      Cons

      Large company, easy to get lost in the shuffle, they talk about helping the employees but do not deliver. Depending on which manager you get it could be good experience. I was not so fortunate. My manager made many promises and has not delivered any of them. I was an inherited asset form a take over.

      Pros

      Good work life balance and job stability. The brand name carries itself well when looking for other jobs.

      Cons

      Horrible mobility, no room for growth, management only cares about producers/brokers, if you are hired into a support role you will not make a competitive wage and there isn't any motivation to work hard. Very corporate culture and very top heavy structure.
