      Pros

      One of the better recognized players in real estate, worldwide reach and good market research & tools available to employees. Decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Little to no training offered to support staff since the recession and below market pay. Fairly corporate and unnecessarily heavy on the management staff. Local office management has no power, someone in a hidden ivory tower calls all shoots and shoots down all expenses/salary increases. Little to no culture.
