Cons
-You're a number. -It's mostly a good-ole boys club. Good luck if you're not a white man. -Highly bureaucratic. Upward mobility takes years (and probably quitting and coming back). -Brokers are stars, everyone else is furniture. Ask how to be one, you'll get the runaround. - You're not paid what you're worth.
