      Pros

      Good team atmosphere, many levels to work up to in the company.

      Cons

      Too many levels to move through, didn't always sit with your team which made it harder to manage team members and talk privately without others hearing. When I was hired I sat for a month with nothing to do and no team members to manage.

      Vibrant environment Constantly developing Successful business A good pool of people to work with Good benefits and fair remuneration Ability to have a good career progression if in the right team

      Cons

      Can become a bit too political on higher levels Also this company has people who are not good at their jobs or they don't even do anything yet get paid very high salary Can be hard to move to different department/team if you are not networking enough and don't rub your shoulder with the right people

      Great culture and people to work with. CBRE is a large company with a network that spans wide range of real estate services. If you want to, great opportunity to network and meet new people: just ask!

      Cons

      None that really stood out to me during my internship. Wish I could've stayed there longer but my internship ended
