      Pros

      It was a job. Some of the people were nice.

      Cons

      The management is horrible. The CBRE staff is complacent. The teams DO NOT work together making it a very unpleasant place to be. Certain CBRE staff go out of their way to talk very bad about the CBRE team in place to the client itself. That is horrible. I have never seen so much turnover in my career history. There is NO chance for growth or advancement with this company.

      You get out what you put in

      Pros

      Good people throughout the business across departments, if you get involved and make effort you will get a lot out of the company. There is a genuine interest in development and a real effort to bring in people who will add value. The money is good and the work and opportunities are better than anywhere else. If you have commercial awareness you can do very well.
