      Best training for recent college graduates or those looking to break into the commercial real estate industry Best in the industry training for associates (brokerage) Great managers for entry level associates

      Cons

      Long term career looks bleak due to nepotism and dominance of top brokers. Many mid-level brokers get treated unjustly and pushed out of deals that they have worked on for months/years and are rightfully theirs due to a Vice Chairman+ level broker edging their way in. Management often considers the production levels of individuals more so than the facts of the situation in internal conflict cases.

      Great culture and team work. Highly ethical practices. Good experiences. In depth and knowledgeable engineering staff. Constant renewal staying fresh in the market.

      Cons

      Not all programs available in Australia such as the university. Vertical progression can be stymied due to "cliche filling" positions rather than looking internally. Poor incentives at the lower echelons.
