Poor management. Payroll are useless. The amount of times I’ve had my money messed about with, short changed and made to wait weeks to get what’s owed to me. You won’t progress unless you get a very brown nose. Skill means nothing.

HR is incompetent. I left about a year ago, only to find out they have been overpaying me even after I left. I kept calling trying to fix this and only after roughly 2 months payment was stopped. Then it took me almost a year to rectify this issue. I ended up paying more in taxes. Additionally, I have wasted a lot of time and effort calling and emailing HR. This is completely unnecessary and unacceptable for something that wasn't my mistake to begin with.
