Lowest pay for what you do, raises are only 2% every year and your increasing insurance takes that.

client facing staff have good rappor and a we will deliver despite management interference

Cons

face fit, brown nose culture to progress not best person for job attitude, HR non existant ,payroll hard to get hold of. Training team rarely reply to training requests. Upper level management from AGM not interested in staff only profits and bonuses
