Disappointed with the persistent changes and complex structure, further exacerbated by the inadequate performance of the HR team and the operation leadership team. The continual reorganizations disrupt workflows, create uncertainty, and unfortunately, the HR & leadership teams seem ill-prepared to navigate these challenges. The ongoing shifts and matrixed structure contribute to role ambiguity, hindering collaboration and diminishing overall employee satisfaction. Regrettably, the shortcomings in the HR team's performance, coupled with poor leadership in operations, exacerbate these issues.
