      Decent Pay Supportive senior management Clear growth prospects Excellent projects and quality work

      Work life balance is joke High attrition rate Favors mediocrity Performers are not rewarded or distinguished in terms of pay Expected to be available 24/7 Vacations/leaves are seldom respected and calls/mails from office makes you regret why you have taken leave in the first place Work spills over to 10-12 hours daily and in worst case scenario upwards of 20 - 22 hours, even on weekends. No overtime pay. High work pressure and very unorganized nature of work. Admin related work eats up some 30%-40% of daily time

      Pros

      The same level people in the office all had a good bond and got on well. Work well with apprenticeship providers.

      Cons

      Management fickle, huge favouritism, HR and Payroll refuse to answer calls and deny contractual rights. Don't understand demands and time constraints very well. Anyone at an Admin level is treated like a commodity not a valued member of the business.
